Educated Running is an online coaching service dedicated to making you a smarter runner. Mission Statement: There is more to training than just following a plan. In order to reach your full potential as a runner you must not only understand your plan, but also trust that it is working. We can help you understand the significance of each step in your training by educating you in the sport of running. As we teach you about your training, we will learn about you as a runner. Since runners all have different needs, abilities, and goals, there is no single perfect plan that works for all. Furthermore, outside circumstances will invariably influence a runner. Educated Running recognizes all of these factors. When you change, we adapt, and adjust your training accordingly. In doing so, we enable you to trust in your training.
