Our vision is a world where all learners thrive.
Research reveals that access to school does not equal access to quality education. As an education focused non-profit organisation, we exist to bridge this gap by transforming classrooms into ideal learning spaces.
We offer a three-tier solution to mitigate the learning crisis in #Africa, remove learning barriers and improve educational outcomes.
Our solution includes the following:
1. Teacher Upskilling and Reskilling
According to the Harvard Framework on “The Right Way to Lead Teacher Learning” and the Ghana National Teaching Council’s framework for teacher professional development, we offer upskilling and reskilling training programmes across six-course modules namely; Early Childhood and Play Based Learning Module, Teacher as Researcher Module, ICTs and Innovative Teaching Methods module, Social and Digital Pedagogy Module, Classroom Diversity & Inclusion Module and the School Leaders Module.
2. Learner Support Programmes. This ranges from learning disability interventions to training sessions on
'How to Learn', Design Thinking, Soft Skills, etc.
3. Resource Provision. In the quest to transform classrooms into ideal learning spaces, we provide teaching/learning materials and assistive technology based on need analysis.
Our beneficiaries are children with learning disabilities, underserved/ remote rural schools and teachers.
We also serve mainstream public/private schools through our school adoption & partnership programmes.
Our current country focus is Ghana.
