Our particular area of interest is in creating genuine inclusion for all family members and strategies and interventions for learning in classrooms. With a background in teaching, Leigh De Silva (Director) views all complex behavioural situations as an opportunity for teaching and learning. The approach is team-based, as no change occurs without all stakeholders understanding what is required for change and why.
Leigh has a particular knowledge of autism (Masters in Autism Studies-research) and the complex needs of individuals who require support to experience genuine inclusion in varying contexts (home/family, school/work and social community access).
