Edward Stanley Engineers is dedicated to a collaborative process with our clients. The range of our services is diverse, including adaptive reuse, new building design, historic preservation, residential design, condition surveys, and investigations. Edward Stanley Engineers utilizes REVIT to share and efficiently coordinate building designs with other project consultants. Our 3-D parametric engineering analysis software is fully integrated with REVIT and other BIM platforms, such as those used by steel fabricators. We promote use of intelligent sustainable design, in addition to sustainable materials, including, • Efficient structural design to reduce the quantity of construction materials. • High quality construction techniques to maximize the life of the structure and to minimize future repairs and maintenance. • Systems that can be disassembled and recycled. Pro Bono service to the community allow us to share our expertise with end users who can’t ordinarily afford it, including Habitat for Humanity, the Yale Building Project and Common Ground Community (commonground.org), the VFW, and other institutions. We share our knowledge with high school students to introduce them to the fields of Architecture, Construction and Engineering by participating as mentors in the Connecticut ACE Mentor Program (www.acementor.org). The Small Firm Award was awarded to Edward Stanley Engineers by our peers, American Council of Engineering Companies, ACEC/CT.
