We regularly undertake pipework installation contracts on Chemical, Petro-Chemical, Paper, Energy, Waste & Clean Water Treatment Work
Pipework
Design, fabrication and installation of pipework in carbon steel, stainless steel, metric & hygienic, plastic and exotic materials. All welding is undertaken by coded welders to BS EN 288-1 or ASME IX welding procedures and we are able to offer a full traceability service in line with our ISO 9001:2008 quality accreditation. All pipework fabrication work is undertaken off site in our recently refurbished 15,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility using the latest cutting and welding technology.
Steelwork
Design (including all load calculations), Fully compliant with the latest CE marking standards (EN1090), fabrication and installation of bespoke skid units, access platforms, lifting beams, lifting davits, handrailing and barriers.
Tanks
Design, fabrication and installation of tanks and pressure vessels. Our tank service also includes site inspection and repair or modification works to existing tanks.
Contract Lifts & Plant Installations
Installation of plant and equipment under contract lift conditions including the supply of appointed persons and slinger banksman. All plant operators are trained to CPCS current training standards.
Complementary Services
We are also able to offer full installation packages including, electrical works, insulation, trace heating, scaffolding, painting and specialist blasting & coating services as well as gas purging.
