Edwards, Faust and Smith, CPAs was formed in 1991 by CPAs who came from a large reputable firm and wanted to provide accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services to small and mid-size businesses and individuals at the same professional standard provided by larger firms.
By 1993, the firm had grown from small beginnings to our now former office on Union Street in Bangor, Maine. It has now been over 25 years, and EFS has moved to Downtown Bangor and developed into a much larger organization through acquisitions of other firms and successful referrals from happy clients. Our staff has increased to include 10 full-time employees and one part-time paraprofessional.
Although larger in size, our focus over the last 25+ years has been and continues to be providing our clients quality professional services with a personal touch.
