Our ENRICH® workshop teaches emergency room staff how to decisively manage their initial emotional response to conflict and hostility by strengthening their awareness of their own inherent resilience and examining external resources of resilience that resonate with their individual personal values.
Team cohesion and cooperation are addressed in our TEAM PRO® workshop. In this interactive seminar we challenge participants to examine their own experiences with workplace incivility and guide them in the development of strategies to minimizing its occurrence and mitigating its impact.
