In 2020 Founder/CEO Manuel Avendaño signed a global distribution agreement with AWAL through Kobalt Music Group which opened the doors for them in Europe. In 2021 their partner was acquired by Sony Music along with their neighbouring rights for $430M however they kept their business relationship until 2024.
Today the label is 100% independent as well behind many selected artists, producers, and songwriters from around the world based in over 50+ countries offering Distribution, Publishing, PR, Rights Management, Marketing solutions, and more to succeed in the music industry.
