Eesta Heavy Machinery Group started its activities in 2015 as one of the manufacturers of construction, road construction, and mining machinery by setting up a production line providing after-sales services and supplying parts to build a more stable and safer world. Eesta Heavy Machinery currently has the exclusive representative and joint production of Sinomach China. Since 1961, Sinomach Group products have been produced with the highest quality. Since 1995, Sinomach has cooperated with Komatsu and Hyundai companies in the field of loaders, graders, and excavators. Eesta's most important task is to provide quality and safe products along with providing after-sales service at a reasonable price. One of the most important goals of static after-sales services is to increase the productivity of products, align services with global standards, turn services into a competitive advantage, and increase the lifespan of machines as capital goods. In 2019, eesta heavy machinery got the highest after-sales service score in terms of customer satisfaction, in 2014, it got the best after-sales service provider with the approval of Iran Quality and Standard Inspection Company (ISQI).
