Indian Ex-Defence Service Employees Chamber of Commerce and Industry, or the acronym IESECCI, is a unique non-profit organization. It is a Registered Society under the Society of India Registration Act 1860. We enable Commerce for Indian Veterans and other Associates, where our part of the proceeds (if any) is utilized for Ex-Servicemen Welfare and Public Charity. The essence of all activities of IESECCI is to match the considerable experience, expertise and work ethics of Indian Ex-Defence services personnel to the requirements of Public and Private Industry or institutions. The chamber bridges the gap between ex-defence service personnel and businesses to have a mutually enriching role in commerce and industry. IESECCI has a core group of Directors and Associates who execute projects. The operations and activities have either an individual associate as head or a core group. Typically, those who started that activity. The ongoing activities are coordinated and in a hub and spoke arrangement, with the various associates, all keeping the director active in that aspect informed through email. The associates do not pay any subscription to IESECCI, the value for the association is generated from the connections that IESECCI brings through its associated companies across various industries and individuals of different expertise. All financial activity will have a component that goes to IESECCI, for charity for ex-servicemen community welfare, which is a major charter of IESECCI.
