Effect Exercise Physiology is a health management clinic based in both the Southern Highlands and Wollongong region. We deliver specialised exercise rehabilitation, programming and lifestyle management interventions to individuals looking to manage/treat a wide variety of injuries and/or illnesses. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP's) are university trained and accredited through Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA), which ensures that they are providing best practice treatment, care and expertise to develop an individualised, graded exercise plan to assist you with your health goals. Effect Exercise Physiology offers a safe, encouraging and non-threatening environment as we work alongside you, through every step of your journey.
