Our pre-coating factory is set up to machine apply paints and stains to timber and fibre cement weatherboard, sheet product and components before being delivered to site, helping to save time, increase quality and reduce the difficulties involved in quality on-site painting. We coat product up to 1220mm wide - pre primed weatherboard, cedar, fencing, decking, fascia, soffit board, sheets of fibre cement, MDF, Plywood etc, and carry out work for projects all over the country. The service often works out to be cheaper than a professional on-site painter and can save significant time - especially during the winter months. Our innovative and dedicated team are happy and capable of developing processes to suit any product requirements.
