Effective Solutions, LLC

Effective Solutions, LLC has been a planned business for many years starting back in 2006 when the owner Eric Brady began doing handyman projects around the city of Annapolis, Md. under a conceptualized business. In the years following this he worked for many other contractors growing the network and establishing relationships which we still use today. From a small beginning back in 2006 the idea of a trustworthy full service General Contractor never left Eric's head, but there were still many gaps to fill in and many resources to be developed. After working with a few customers and learning the difficulties that they were having with communications, onsite management, pre-project scheduling and material submittals. Seeing the absence of such a company the concept came to a full fruition in 2017 and there has been no looking back.
