We are proficient in handling significant cultural and organisation change programmes, learning and development initiatives and recruitment projects. We are also highly versed in employee relations. We can support those fast growing or exceptionally busy businesses who need an extra ‘HR buffer’, and work with new start-ups who need to go back to basics and put in place various policies, procedures and documents. We can also provide targeted consultancy for project work. We know that HR is not ‘one size fits all’ and as such we pride ourselves on the fact that our service is specific, targeted and tailored purposely to suit the requirements of the customer. We work remotely, much of our advice can be given over the phone or via email and training can be delivered via webinar, however we are more than happy to visit site as and when required. We are mindful that this is important for understanding the way a business operates and to get a ‘feel’ for the culture of an organisation.
