Effidrill Solutions is focused on helping drilling departments of oil and gas operators reduce well delivery times and costs. We combine our drilling background with expertise in data aggregation, authentication and mining to identify the operational drivers of sub-par performance and then work with our clients to mitigate them. All aspects of drilling are analyzed for improvement opportunities: on-bottom activities (bit and motor selection, drilling parameters, etc); off-bottom flat time activities (tripping efficiency, rig service, slip & cut, casing running, cementing, rig up, rig moves, BOP tests, etc); cost driver analysis by category using field estimates. We tailor custom solutions for each client resulting in always focusing our improvement efforts on the issues with the biggest reward.
