eFlow introduces online merchants to acquiring banks and payment processors worldwide, and provides chargeback prevention solutions. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿: eFlow acts as an independent contractor, promoting the services of acquiring banks and payment service providers. Our role is limited to introducing prospective merchants and referring business opportunities. We do not represent or act as an agent of any financial institution, and we do not have authority to bind, negotiate, or commit any third party to any contractual agreement. All decisions regarding the establishment of merchant relationships, including approval, onboarding, and contractual engagement, are made solely at the discretion of the acquiring bank or payment provider. Referral fees may be paid to us in accordance with our agreements, but this does not alter our independent status.
