Elgon Foundation for Persons with Albinism ( EFPA ) is an organization that works with people with and affected by albinism in Bugisu and Sebei sub regions but also extend our services in most districts in Uganda. In Bugisu EFPA covers Namisindwa, Manafwa, Bududa, Bulambuli, Sironko and Mbale districts. In Sebei EFPA covers Bukwo, Kween and Kapchorwa. People with albinism are the albinos and people affected by albinism are the parents, children, spouses and relatives of people with albinism
