We believe that development and success is centered on the mind and everything we do begin by knowing the principles of the mind and using it to develop the right skills to solve individual and societal problems. OUR VISION Our vision is to become a top notch personal development association which offers quality training and mentorship for the youths in self discovery leading to general success in life with emphasis in career guidance and entrepreneurship development. MISSION The mission is to connect the youths to highly successful mentors to train and provide them with quality tools for effective mental disposition to develop the right skills for success in their field of expertise. SPECIFIC GOALS ➢ Training individuals to acquire the skills and the use of technology to improve and implement personal and business initiatives ➢ Building career conscious individuals towards the job requirement through workshops, conferences, etc. ➢ To build an enabling environment for the development of the girl child through advocacy, activism and skills training. ➢ To train a conscious finance expects who will help manage personal and national economy in aid of achieving SDGs goal 8 (DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH). ➢ To reach all hinterlands with sensitization on the need for education open scholarship opportunities to brilliant but needy students. ➢ Organizing seminars on leadership, career guidance, technology, financial literacy and entrepreneurship skills development to prepare the youths for future decision making.
