The story behind the name << 1988 - Front 242 gave a briefing to Anton Corbijn to create and direct the videoclip of their new track: headhunter. After one day of shooting, the members of Front 242 went to Anton and asked him: “Even if it’s really beautiful, why are there people wearing eggshells on their head in every scene we’re filming??” Anton answered: “The name of your track is egghunter, duh!” Silence. Laughs. Front 242: “Actually, the title is headhunter, not egghunter. But keep it like this, it’s brilliant!” The magic of the unpredictable.
