Surprisingly, Egglamp's main purpose is
not the light it shines and glows. No, it's
the smiles and curiousity it shares and
grows.
That's the special feature people find in it,
everybody wants to know more,
touch and feel it shell, even tho
we've had felt many eggs before.
Crazy right?
Egglamp became known when ColoRuben launched this idea at Dutch Design Week [DDW] in 2023, where it was very well received.
It's been published by a dozen or so outlets like Volkskrant, Linda and Elle Interieur.
Egglamp the company is run by Julian de Haas and Joshua de Lange, we are buddies, best friend and brothers for life, or what ever you call it.
As ColoRuben wanted to continue his other projects and we where looking to start our first venture together, we took over the project. With ColoRuben still being involved as creator, he's still giving input where he feels is needed.
We strive to build a brand of quality and simplicity, not bound by the simple e-commerce we see now a days. We seek to add actual value to customers and store keepers alike, by the simple gift of garranteed smiles every day.
