It supports CQC registered managers/providers to monitor the quality of their services, whilst making continuous improvements that bring about consistent and sustainable high-quality care for service users, which are compliant with Regulation 17 – Good Governance, Health & Social Care Act 2008.
To support our software, we offer flexible access to consultancy services. We provide professional advice from our Principal Governance Consultant to ensure quality improvements and sustainability to meet the Care Quality Commission's (CQC) regulations.
Where required, we undertake quality reviews of services to support providers in gauging compliance with CQC standards. This comes with a written report and recommendations, enabling our clients to make the required improvements.
Central to our philosophy is encouraging providers to be proactive with matters of CQC compliance. However should a provider find themselves in breach of regulations, we can provide support to respond to enforcement action.
At eGovernance+ we offer much more than assistance with CQC registration. We are committed to our client’s long-term success, and can offer ongoing support to remain compliant once we have your business successfully registered with the CQC.
We work flexibly with providers; tailoring our approach to meet your service requirements. If you require an end to end service that assists you to complete application forms, through to CQC-compliant policies/procedures and preparation for the registered manager applicant’s fit person interview; eGovernance+ are able to assist you. However, we urge you to remember that getting registered with the CQC is just the first step in the journey of regulatory compliance.
