About EGUSD FIRST Foundation
The EGUSD First Foundation is a nonprofit that is partnering with the Elk Grove Unified School District to focus on improving resources for students and teachers. The foundation raises funds to fill gaps in resources for students and teachers by supporting various initiatives and projects such as Newcomer Welcome Centers, STEAM activities, Visual & Performing Arts and mini-grants for classroom projects. The foundation also collaborates with local businesses and organizations to provide additional services and resources to the community and intentionally support our most vulnerable communities to ensure they have what they need to achieve success.
