Earth Hour Depok

WWF started Earth Hour in 2007 to unite the world and take a stand against climate change. Today, Earth Hour is the world's largest environmental movement involving more than 180 countries and territories around the world. Biodiversity and nature are the foundation of the planet we live on. However, we are losing nature faster than ever and we must act now to restore it. Nature underpins human health and well-being. Nature is essential to the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat. We aim to inspire mass awareness and action about biodiversity and nature. Earth Hour Indonesia was formed in 2009 as a movement to raise public awareness about the environment and sustainable energy, but it has grown into a community in more than 30 cities in Indonesia, including Depok City.
