EH Global Capital is an FCA-regulated merchant bank, headquartered in London. Founded in 2016, the firm originates and structures exceptional investment opportunities that span the full range of debt to equity, control buyout to minority stakes, early-stage to mature companies and traditional investments to special situations. We support our clients and partners as they invest or raise capital and, as part of our partnership-led approach, often align our commercial interests with theirs by taking an economic stake in their transactions. We focus on situations where our global perspective, extensive international network and deep industry knowledge across sectors can be most effectively deployed. Since its inception, EH Global Capital has advised on a range of strategic transactions, from supporting associated investee companies with their growth strategies through to advising global corporate clients on the sale of multi-billion dollar companies.
