About Us At Ehsaaz Foundation, we believe that stories have the power to connect, heal, and transform. Based in Lucknow, we are a collective of artists, educators, and changemakers working to create inclusive cultural spaces through art, literature, and the performing arts. Founded in 2019 and officially registered in 2022, Ehsaaz has grown into a vibrant platform where voices from all walks of life—especially differently-abled and marginalized communities—are celebrated. We organize screenings of National Award-winning films and documentaries, present curated performances across various venues in Lucknow, and put up original and adapted theatre productions that address social issues and encourage dialogue. We are also committed to education through performance arts and theatre. Our online story reading sessions connect readers and listeners from universities around the world, bringing together diverse voices to explore literature through multiple perspectives. In addition to our grassroots work—such as our free library program promoting reading and accessibility—we continuously collaborate with institutions and collectives to push the boundaries of creative and inclusive engagement.
