The Egyptian Healthcare Supply Chain Association (EHSCA) is a non-profit professional organization that brings together leading experts, practitioners, and academics in healthcare supply chain management. Established to serve as a national platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration, EHSCA is committed to empowering Egypt’s healthcare sector by driving operational efficiency, strategic transformation, and sustainable practices. Our mission is to adopt and localize global best practices rooted in science to elevate healthcare supply chain performance in Egypt. We aim to build a professional community capable of leading impactful change and contributing to a resilient and future-ready healthcare system. EHSCA’s key objectives include: Enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of healthcare supply chains through policy advocacy, workforce development, and modern tools. Promoting scientific and accredited methodologies in procurement, inventory, distribution, quality control, and strategic planning. Supporting localization by empowering national talent and encouraging local manufacturing of medical supplies and equipment. Fostering a culture of sustainability across environmental, economic, and institutional dimensions. Delivering accredited training programs and certifications to build a new generation of healthcare supply chain professionals. Building partnerships with government, private sector, and academia to ensure an integrated approach. Contributing technical expertise to national policy development aligned with healthcare priorities. EHSCA aspires to become Egypt’s national center of excellence in healthcare supply chain management and a key enabler of Egypt Vision 2030 and the New Republic’s goals.
