EIFA is an independent, international, secular school providing an English-French bilingual education. EIFA’s child-centred approach to learning encourages the linguistic diversity of its pupils; developing responsible global citizens, and promoting multicultural understanding through study in at least two languages. EIFA is the only school in the UK to teach all core subjects in English and French – from day nursery to year 13. We believe that by being bilingual we gain an insight into other cultures. We welcome pupils throughout the year, regardless of background and languages spoken. Our Day Nursery, Little EIFA, follows a coordinated programme which combines the French Maternelle curriculum with that of the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYSF). The Junior School follows the French National curriculum, enriched with British elements. Our Senior School offers a broad, balanced curriculum, preparing pupils for further education.
