يهدف صندوق الفعاليات الاستثماري إلى تطوير بنية تحتية مستدامة لدعم أربع قطاعات وهي الثقافة والسياحة والترفيه والرياضة، بالإضافة إلى تطوير المواقع الفريدة ذات المستوى العالمي حول المملكة، وستضم هذه المواقع المعارض الفنية والمسارح ومراكز المؤتمرات ومضامير سباق الخيول، وميادين الرماية وحلبات سباق السيارات وغيرها. ويرتكز هدف الصندوق على استثمار رأس المال في التطوير المباشر لأكثر من موقعاً فريداً على مستوى عالمي حول المملكة، بما ينعكس بشكل إيجابي على الخطط الطموحة لأجندة الفعاليات الوطنية في المملكة. وسيعمل الصندوق على زيادة رأس المال الاستثماري عبر بناء شراكات مع القطاع الخاص بهدف توفير فرص استثمارية ذات عوائد تنافسية، تجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية وتحقق الاستدامة المالية ليصبح الصندوق أحد الروافد المهمة للاقتصاد الوطني. كما يساهم صندوق الفعاليات الاستثماري بتحقيق أهداف رؤية السعودية 2030 للتنويع الاقتصادي وازدهار السياحة وتعزيز جودة الحياة وإثراء حياة المواطنين والمقيمين والزوار. EIF aims to develop a sustainable infrastructure for the culture, tourism, entertainment, and sports sectors across the Kingdom by building venues ready to host world-class events. These venues will include indoor arenas, art galleries, theaters and conference centers, horse-racing tracks and autodromes. The fund will be capitalized to develop unique venues across the Kingdom, which will facilitate the successful delivery of the ambitious national events agenda. The fund will further raise capital by developing partnerships within the private sector and providing high-return investment opportunities to these partners. This will attract foreign direct investment and ensure the financial sustainability of the fund. EIF is aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030 for economic diversification. It will support the growth of tourism and will also drive wide-reaching social benefits by enriching the quality of life of citizens, residents, and visitors.
