Eightfold Value

Eightfold Value is a start-up long-only equity investment fund. We are value investors and we have a bottom-up approach to investing. Our core investment principles circle the concepts of Margin of Safety and Alignment of Interest. We believe our investment philosophy and research process can outperform over long periods of time if it is applied rationally with discipline and patience. In addition, we believe that our passion for investing and our zero-management fee with hurdle rate and high-water mark incentive structure should keep us from losing focus or motivation over time. Above all, we look to build long term relationships with all our investors. Our value system dictates that we grow with our investors and not at the expense of our investors. Hence, we will invest a large part of our personal net worth in the fund along with our investors.
