🌍 Who We Are The European Initiative for Gender Inclusive Democracy (EIGID) is a youth-led, non-governmental organization advancing gender equality within democratic governance frameworks. We work across Europe and the Global South to promote inclusive decision-making, strengthen civic participation, and mainstream gender perspectives into policy and institutional processes. 🎯 Our Areas of Work Capacity Building & Civic Education: We develop and deliver training programs on human rights, gender equality, and democratic participation, with a focus on women, youth, and marginalized groups. Gender Audits & Institutional Support: We assist public and private institutions in assessing and enhancing their gender responsiveness through structured audits and advisory support. Research & Policy Engagement: We produce evidence-based research on gender-inclusive governance practices and engage in policy dialogue to inform and influence institutional reform.
