The Research and Innovation in Sports Psychology Team (EIIPD) is a group of researchers and students from different Universities who work for the development of scientific Psychology in the field of sport. Our research addresses Motivational Climates and how they influence the experiences of athletes. Different works and projects emerge from this line, associating this theme with commitment, passion, enjoyment, leadership and personal values, among many other variables.
