Eimverk was founded in 2009 and is focused on making premium Icelandic Single Malt Whisky, using locally grown organic Icelandic barley.
Our Whisky is called FLÓKI – ICELANDIC SINGLE MALT WHISKY
Flóki is a hand crafted single malt, produced from 100% organic icelandic barley. The unique taste comes from hardy and slow growing barley grown in volcanic soil at the Arctic Circle. The Icelandic barley is low in sugars resulting in the usage of 50% more barley per bottle, bringing even more of the sharp taste of the Icelandic summer to each bottle.
