Ein Prat Leadership Academy

Ein Prat is a leading educational organization developing Jewish-Israeli leadership through various educational programs and initiatives. Operating in 17 locations across Israel with global reach, we work to create a strong foundation for Jewish-Israeli society by nurturing the next generation of leaders. Our core programs include: Leadership academies for young adults Higher Institute for Leadership Studies - a multidisciplinary center exploring national identity, culture and thought Youth movement International leadership development programs Cultural and publishing initiatives National volunteering and community resilience projects Through a unique integration of intensive study of Jewish and general sources, physical and mental development, and hands-on leadership experience, we prepare our participants to take meaningful roles in shaping Israel's future while maintaining deep connections to cultural heritage and Zionist values.
