Sinds de oprichting in 1964 is Einhell zich blijven ontwikkelen, zich altijd bewust van waar het is begonnen. Van Hans Einhell GmbH, gevestigd in Landau an der Isar, groeide het bedrijf uit tot een internationaal bedrijf. Het hoofdkantoor, dat nu Einhell wordt genoemd, is nog steeds gevestigd te Landau an der Isar. Met een productielocatie in Spanje zette het bedrijf in 1968 de eerste stap naar internationalisering.
Nu telt Einhell zo'n 2.070 medewerkers in meer dan 49 landen over de hele wereld. De producten van het bedrijf worden in meer dan 99 landen verkocht, wat in 2022 resulteerde in een omzet van circa € 1.032,5 miljoen euro. Nieuwe afzetgebieden op weg naar een wereldwijde onderneming bevinden zich al in het vizier van Einhell en zullen in de komende jaren worden geïmplementeerd.
