Eitan- Everybody Can!

איתן – כל אחד יכול (חל"צ) פועלים משנת 2015 במטרה לחזק, להעצים ולקדם אנשים עם מוגבלות (אנשים עם יכולות מיוחדות) קוגנטיבית ו/או נפשית, לרבות אוטיזם, בכל גיל ובכל מקום בארץ, בדרך לשילוב מיטבי בקהילה ולמען החברה הישראלית כולה, תוך עידוד תחושת מסוגלות, מחויבות ושייכות. "שיטת איתן"- מעטפת טיפולית הוליסטית מותאמת אישית -שבבסיסה אימון ספורטיבי לצד אימון מנטאלי וקידום אורח חיים בריא להעצמת האדם, שיפור רווחתו והצלחתו בכל תחומי החיים. השיטה פותחה בארגון על סמך הנסיון שצברנו בשימוש בספורט ככלי אפקטיבי לקידום אנשים עם מגוון מוגבלויות קוגנטיביות ונפשיות. תהליך האימון כולל: פעילות ספורטיבית ואימוני כושר (ריצה, אימונים פונקציונאליים, אומנויות לחימה, מחול ועוד), ליווי לאורח חיים בריא ותזונה נכונה, ואימונים מנטאליים (קואצ'ינג/פסיכולוגיה חיובית/ ניתוח התנהגות). אנו בונים עבור כל מתאמנ/ת תכנית ב"חליפה אישית", תוך הצבת מטרות ויעדים להקניית כלים וכישורים הנדרשים לשילוב מיטבי. האימונים אישיים או בקבוצות קטנות, ויכולים להתקיים בחללים סגורים או באוויר הפתוח. Eitan - everybodycan have been working since 2015 with the aim of strengthening, empowering and promoting people with cognitive and/or mental disabilities (people with special abilities), including autism, at any age and anywhere in the country, through integration with me in the community and for Israeli society All of it, while encouraging a sense of ability, commitment and belonging. "Eitan method" - a personalized holistic therapeutic envelope - based on sports training alongside mental training and promoting a healthy lifestyle to empower the person, improve his well-being and success in all areas of life. The method is developed in the organization based on the experience we have gained in using sports as an effective tool for promoting people with a variety of cognitive and mental disabilities.
