As the hotel’s namesake suggests, each of its six floors were constructed by the acclaimed architect Francesco Borromini. The Palazzo's patio forms part of the Terrazza Borromini restaurant where locals and guests are treated to a menu that honours classic Italian/Mediterranean cuisine and fresh ingredients from local regions. Authentic Italian flair also flows through each of the 22 rooms and suites where original fireplaces, high vaulted ceilings, walk-in wardrobes and marble bathrooms featuring emotional showers are standard luxuries. Each one has been carefully decorated to reflect their unique character and frames the city perfectly through oversized windows.
