Eka Yoga One

With everything I do, I ask myself one question: “Does this bring love & peace to the world?”. And only when the answer is yes, I go through with it. That’s how I found my way to Yoga. Yoga is a way of bringing your mind and body into balance and peace. Only if your mind and body are aligned, you can send positivity, love and harmony to the rest of the world. Eka is Sanskrit and means “one”. My dream is that one day we can finally all live together as one, human and non-human animals side by side, in a world of total respect and true love towards oneself and each other. My education: * 200 hours "Traditional Hatha Yoga & Meditation" at Yoga Vida School in Spain * 500 hours "Yoga Teacher Training Course" at Yoga Skyros Academy in Greece I teach my classes in 3 languages: German (my mother language), English and French. I mostly do online classes but also once in a while some classes in person in Brussels or Ostbelgien. I also do home visits.
