EKCÖLAB

EKCÖLAB is a youth-led international organization. Our organisation is based on research, finding problems at local community levels and bringing out solutions that will positively impact our environment. Our mission cut across SDG 2, SDG 3, SDG 4, SDG 5, SDG 6, SDG 11, SDG 13, SDG 15 and SDG 17. The organization's core area of interest are; 1. WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) Analysis and Implementation 2. Environmental monitoring and Impact Assessment 3. Environmental hazard management 4. Water quality testing and analysis 5. Climate Change (Flood and Droughts Management) 6. Food Insecurity and Water Security 7. Water and Environmental Education 8. Youth and community empowerment and development 9. Waste Management and Community Health Analysis We are represented in more than 5 different countries (Cameroon, United States of America, Nigeria, Malawi, Pakistan, Kenya, Zambia, Uganda and Rwanda) and still growing. Our members are young researchers such as university freshmen, young graduates and young professional workers in the field of water and environment.
