Ekogrid

ekogrid is an IoT end-to-end solution stack that provides vertical market applications for the remote integration of decentralized assets. It currently specializes in the operations and maintenance (O&M) of electric power systems (esp. PV plants), combined heating and power systems, environmental comfort systems, and refrigeration technology systems. Its architecture is open to any type of asset that benefits from being remotely integrated into an information system. The main tiers in the ekogrid application stack are • the ekogrid IoT Gateway, which integrates with IoT devices, • the ekogrid IoT Backend, which provides middleware-based services, including event processing, data analytics and enterprise application integration, and • the ekogrid Application Platform, a highly customizable business application framework with a multitude of ready-to-use application modules.
