Ekonomist.kz talks about complex economic phenomena in simple terms. The aim of the project is to develop a professional virtual expert network that will help Kazakhstani people to be aware of the news and problems of the country’s economic development and provide promotion opportunities for young experts. As a result of the project, the authors hope to influence the quality of decisions made by the state to ensure the income growth of the population and the presence of social justice. Ekonomist.kz provides the platform for diverse, various professional opinions from the NGO sector, international organizations, academia, business and the state on socio-economic topics. We help to create an online discussion on economic and social topics that are substantial for Kazakhstani people, and in that process we aim to create the community of professional economists who would examine and research the problems of economic development of Kazakhstan.
