Ekozali Foundation

Ekozali Foundation is dedicated to support the well-being of our front-line professionals working in the education, healthcare and non profit sectors. We raise awareness of the importance and priority to be given to well-being for a positive and lasting social impact. Our findings? The findings are alarming and numerous. To name but a few: more than half of professionals working in the healthcare, education and voluntary sectors are in a state of burnout. The number of front-line workers who have made drastic career changes has more than doubled over the past decade. Our solution? A high-quality, short, personalized support program, tailored to each individual's sector and agenda, delivered by mental health experts (coaches, psychologists, therapists, etc.). Our solution also includes a unique "1+1 solidarity advantage": Each program purchased is automatically delivered to a front-line colleague who cannot afford it.
