With this knowledge, we are using a system that ensures responsibility of every worker who does the job, who is qualified in the field. In every stage of production, the quality is controlled by the worker who does the job, with the last quality control before the shipment, which has been reported to the customer. While using the calibrated gauges, like surface roughness, surface hardness, plating thickness and micrometers for dimensional check, we can give the service for ferroxyl, visual, SEM, surface topography,etc. We can manufacture rollers and rods including idle rollers, conveyour rollers, piston rods, as well as special rollers that needs experience and knowledge, like Induction Hardened and Hard Chrome Plated rollers used in steel mills, Super Finished, Matte Finished Rollers, Heating and Cooling Rollers used in several industries, especially Steam Rollers in Textile Industry.
