EksenAL Inc is a well-known Aluminium Extrusion Die Manufacturing company based in Turkey since 2007 and exports dies directly to many companies worldwide. We manufacture high quality aluminium extrusion dies using Swiss Uddeholm Steel and German Steel. Most of our clients have been working with us for more than a decade. We produce in the range of 800 to 1000 dies per month from Ø80mm to Ø850mm in size. The approximate delivery term is between 18-20 work days. For more complicated profiles, we simulate our 3D designs before production and obtain the best result. Our Quality and Assurance Engineers follow each die with separate quality certificates indicated in technical specification form, and all dies have been analyzed according to the parameters written on the die control card attached before shipment.
