Our clients are operational in the following sectors, agricultural machinery, shipbuilding, machine manufacturing, railways, construction, and hydraulics, etc. Over 90% of our production is to countries within the European Union.
Located in the first dedicated Industrial Zone of Ankara, Ekstrametal’s production facilities are divided split into two specialist foundries. Together they have 16,000 tons/year casting capacity. Through optimized production capacity and high-quality operating equipment, customer’s requests for single and series production can be responded to quickly, flexibly and reliably, at all times ensuring fast response and high-quality standards are maintained.
Extensive investment has ensured that the most innovative technologies and latest generation machines tools are able to deliver 9,000 tons of machining capacity per year.

As quality certificates: TS EN ISO 9001 2015 quality certificate by TUV SUD ISO:14001 2015 Certificate of Registration and Part Approval Certificates for Ship Industry from DNV-GL, Bureau Veritas (BV SCHEME II), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and Lloyd’s Register (LR) & Quality Assurance System Certificate for Material Manufacturer according to Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) AD 2000 by TUV NORD and CCS: Certificate of Works Approval.
Ekstrametal would like to keep to be the first company that using 3D Sand Printing technology while its R&D department is providing any kind of casting such as engine block as nodular cast iron, grey cast iron, vermicular iron, and rapid prototyping. Also, Ekstrametal is looking for new eras to out the knowledge of 3D sand printing that is gained until now to create more pieces in the field of industrial design.
