In continual operation since 1968 years, El Concilio, is a non-profit 501(3)(c), multi-service, community-based agency offering bilingual, diverse, progressive educational programs to at-risk youths, adults, and their families; and is the largest Hispanic-led agency in the Central Valley. Governed by a consistent mission and overriding objectives, the agency is dedicated to empowering diverse communities in California's Central Valley and provides outreach and services to over 75,000 individuals and families annually.

Whether it was taking the lead in DACA enrollments, providing full-scope Medi-Cal health access for undocumented children, or creating economic relief programs for families and businesses, El Concilio has been on the front lines of the defining moments of the day.
