El-Mor Group was founded in 1986 by two of its shareholders, Mr. Haim Gershon and Mr. Meir Seroussi. The company is traded on the TASE and is part of Rapac Communication & Infrastructure, a public holding company that is active in the fields of energy, infrastructure, and communication trough several subsidiaries. El-Mor Group is a leader in implementing large and complex projects in energy, electrical, and air-conditioning disciplines in a wide range of fields: Power plants, renewable energy, heavy & light industry, telecom & high-tech, commercial , military and defense. The company employs more than 500 employees, among them about 150 qualified engineers and dozens of experienced and professional teams across Israel. Besides the comprehensive activity in Israel, El-Mor Group is active in Europe and in Africa.
