ELA Group's corporate office is in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, the Central Pennsylvania office is in State College, and our Western Pennsylvania office is in Butler. ELA is a 100% Employee Owned Company (ESOP). Our team includes registered engineers, registered landscape architects, project designers, project engineers, retaining wall designers, CAD technicians, and administrative support staff.
ELA Group combines the artistic side of our nature through our landscape architecture staff, and the scientific side through our engineering staff. Our differences enable us to provide the best Landscape Architectural and Engineering consulting and construction administrative services for public and private sectors.
