With over 20 years experience as a management consultant and coach, and 10 years in corporate roles of Director, Founder, MD, I think of myself now as a 'Modern Elder', sharing wisdom, guidance and networks with individuals, organisations and teams. Working as a senior consultant and executive coach, I have worked across 21 countries with a wide range of sectors, developing a specialism in working with female leaders and startups and SMEs whose challenge is to manage innovation, creativity and change. Having lived and worked in Qatar for 8 years, where I was actively involved in the Startup Ecosystem in the MENA Region, I have a strong understanding of the region and maintain close connections enabling me to advise individuals who see the advantages of establishing an office or business in the UAE.
