Elaine Wellness (formerly Eviva Collagen Elixir) helps women feed their beauty from within. Collagen has known benefits for skin hydration and elasticity, hair thickness and joint health. As a pilates instructor for the past 14 years health and wellness have played an important part in my life. Six years ago I was diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disorder and added collagen to my daily routine and found the results were transformative. I saw a noticeable improvement in skin hydration, hair thickness and a decrease in joint pain. By adding collagen and changing my diet I have been able to reverse my diagnosis.
