Ankit Polymers was started in 1997 in government approved and government allotted industrial plot in pollution free zone at Gurgaon. Since then we have been specialized in Special Polymers Extrusions viz Polyamides, Thermoplastic Urethanes, Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomers and PVC. Also we have very long and rich experience in production of Rubber Frictional Covers for Conveyor, Flat Power Transmission Belts, Roller Coverings and Flat Nylon core Power Transmission Beltings.
Now Thermoplastic Elastomer Sheetings are a new addition to our portfolio. This TPE Sheeting is latex free and shall replace conventional Latex Rubber Elastic Sheeting which was having applications like Tourniquets, Esmarch Bandages, Exercise Bands, Resistance Bands, Floss Bands, Elastic Tapes and Hospital Bed Rubber Sheets. This replacement has become essential because of toxic and allergic nature of the chemicals used in conventional production techniques. Our technical staff is engaged in special polymer extrusion specially in sheet form since 1990. While developing latex free TPE Elastic sheetings we have become first in India having produced above said product range of International Standards.
Our state of the art technology has the capacity to extrude 75 tons of TPE Elastic Sheetings monthly and having ultra modern testing facility.
